....each year that we have travelled back home to #NewOrleans for #XULAHomecoming our team leaves with our hearts full of love & encouragement, along with new opportunities & new objectives. ššæš¤āļøš¤āļøšāļøš
We #Grind every day, all year long, executing live events & pop ups in our home markets (#LosAngeles, #Atlanta, #WashingtonDC, and #Seattle) along the constant fulfillment of online & wholesale orders, while steadily building new relationships.
Before we began this year, we outlined 3 strategic objectives that we needed to achieve;
1.) Continue growing awareness of our brand #BlackCoffeeCo
2.) Increase revenues & subscription adoption in our key markets
3.) Further the development of our partner network
After establishing our objectives, we then pulled out our calendars and synced our family schedules.
Finally we circled key milestone dates along with the metrics we would use to track our progress.
2019 isnāt over yet, and we have a few more announcements to share.....but after a super successful first 3 quarters and now #Homecoming weekend completed, we are proud to share that we have accomplished all 3 of our strategic objectives!!!
